Terms of Service

1. Service description

Clustrix Global ("Clustrix", "we") provides managed infrastructure operations services including database engineering, server administration, clustering, security, Cloudflare and CDN management, proxy services, custom application development, and 24/7 NOC support.

2. Plans & billing

Plans are monthly retainers billed in advance. Custom-development projects are billed against a signed Statement of Work. Invoices are due within 30 days. Late invoices may pause services after 45 days following written notice.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. Pre-paid annual plans receive pro-rated refunds for the unused period.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to host content that is illegal, infringing, malware, phishing, or used for unsolicited bulk communications. We reserve the right to suspend services for breach of these conditions.

5. Liability

Our liability under this agreement is capped at the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We provide services on a best-effort SLA basis and do not warrant uninterrupted operation of third-party infrastructure outside our control.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed during the engagement. NDAs may be signed separately for sensitive engagements.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration unless prohibited by law.
